    Shhhhhhhh... both are awesomely wonderful. Pumpkins are great during pumpkin spice season, and then candy corn rules when they are stocked on the shelves.
    Then for the entire month of October I buy pumpkin everything and candy corn.
    Except this year. I'm eating better now so I will cheat and have candy corn on Halloween and my birthday (Nov 1). Then cry when I have to stop eating it.

    I promised myself when I went on my last year of trick-or-treating that when I was an adult I would never give out crappy candy.
    Crap is expensive af but I will still give out the GOOD stuff.
    Can't be the one place that kids hate.

    Also... is it normal to pass out candy at apartment complexes? We are thinking about dressing up and going to my parents house instead to pass out candy since my parents are taking my brothers out. I haven't really seen people trick or treat in complexes. :(

    Oh just make fry bread and throw sugar on it. Hubs throws me off my fatty donute crave once a month with it. Basic batter with vanilla in it fry it up in some oil of choice and prinkle liberally!
