Thanks for the feedback so really what I'm looking for hasn't changed. Over the last few rounds, I've been experimenting with this process where the best turkers on my task (who have submitted consistent 5-star work) help me provide feedback to others via additonal HITs, and I periodically check these feedback HITs for quality. This process works really well because before, I didn't have time to give detailed feedback to workers who didn't submit many questions, and now I do
