You would be correct. That’s the forum reaction.

But basically, they want a human working on it and that’s why the whole bot scare thing happened/why they just aren’t asking robits about their feelings. Scripts that take out human judgement are a no no and you really can’t guarantee you’re in fact checking those answers and putting human judgement into it etc etc etc.
