We had company and the one guy Matt knows Grinched us out for the fact half of skeet's nails were trimmed and half were raggedy. Matt explained that I was working on it slowly, because Skeeter has extreme anxiety. We let his bro friend try to do it himself, since he claimed it's so easy. yeah true but she would have to legit sue. and she'd have to bring it to that level. of course it's still in her favor if she doesn't file a claim because even though it might cost more upfront, if something like that is your fault, your insurance rate is bound to go up. never a good situation and i'd have made sure a claim was filed at least through my own insurance if it happened to me.

 

All I can do is wait and see what happens. I just don't want her to get an estimate and then bring it to me, expecting me to pay for it. Because that's not how this works.

Very true. The police weren't called. She took a photo of my insurance card, I got a picture of her a car, and she left the parking lot.
