Phase 1: Standing up

From Hip level
A. Holding your phone at hip level facing your foot.

B. Extend your arm as much as possible to your left and right in a spherical angle focusing on the target foot.

From Knee level
A. Holding your phone at Knee level facing your foot.

B. Extend your arm as much as possible to your left and right in a spherical angle focusing on the target foot.

From mid-Ankle level

A. Holding your phone at Mid-calf level facing your foot.

B. Extend your arm as much as possible to your left and right in a spherical angle focusing on the target foot.

Phase 2: Sitting down

Sitting down with leg at 90 degrees.

1. Sit down comfortably on a chair that allows your target foot/leg to be placed in a 90 degree angle from the ground.
2. Hold your phone hovering above your knee.
3. B. Extend your as much as possible to your left and right in a spherical angle focusing on the target foot.
