Pros:
Pay isn't terrible. I'm not much a fan of job applicant HITs, but this was a bit better than some of the others. Could probably be done quicker

Cons:
Requires first taking a screener HIT for 10 cents. If successful - you'll get a passcode to do this HIT. This HIT requires a lot of screening job applicants. Requires reading of resumes and employee reviews. Lots of reading and comparing. A bit of writing as well.
