The owner of the restaurant I work at is rich. Filthy rich to be honest. In the past year he's had the water, electricity, gas, and internet all shutoff at least once due to not paying the bill. He can afford it, he just neglects it for whatever reason. This is very bad for a restaurant to have happen.
