I could but lately it has been organic freezer meals. I keep telling her that the sodium in those is worse for her than eating freaking meat that she gets onto me for..

 

I think I just need to get over the mom guilt and tell her no more..

Instead of letting her freak out over what she reads on social media or whatever, have her take a proper nutrition course. Eating organic isn't really a solution to the problem with the average American diet. You can eat healthy and still have meat. You can eat healthy and not have organic everything.

Can she not start a garden? even if you have no yard, perhaps there is a community garden in the area, or better yet a neighbor that would love to have some one grow a vegetable garden instead of looking at weeds. Even if those aren't options, you can grow many leafy greens indoors.

It's also a very good educational experience. I had the most fun as a kid digging around in the dirt and mucking with plants.

 

We have a garden but because my husband insists on doing seeds only, we only get squash, a few carrots and i think I had a little bit of lettuce. Plus she is picky af. She likes potatoes, kiwi, sometimes apples, cantalope, bags of salad (but not normal lettuce because it is gross to her) and once in a while green beans but she hates most other fruits and vegetables. I swear she is pickier at 17 than at 4!

 

I went from 4-1 to 4-3 over the last 2 weeks. Join me. We can rise up thru the bullshit ONCE AGAIN MY BROTHER!
