    My best guess would be he did something inappropriate to/toward her prior to the GIF starting, and she was trying to ignore him.

    This one isn't too bad and it's interesting enough to keep from getting too bored. The math problems are only a quick timer so they go fast. The memory portion goes fast if you have a decent memory.
