Okay, here's a real question: Seeing as how that one dude made almost $1,200 this week (supposedly?), do any of you just combine this with other random freelance work and forego having a "real" job?

 

Cost of living here is cheap...

I only do turk but I can't really suggest that I uh.. I made around $1k last week as well.

Some do (& this place probably over-represents the # of people who do), but its difficult & has a huge learning curve. MTurk is ill suited to being a FT job replacement outside of other niche scenarios but it can be done. "Necessity is the mother of invention" kinda applies lol.
