    i had chronic sinus infections years ago until i got my diet in check and haven't had one since. this one hit me like a ton of bricks out of nowhere and i have no idea why but i hate it. the only thing i can think of is the weather dropped from like 60 degrees to 20 degrees, but you'd think i'd be used to that by now. or it's somehow related to my furnace drama that my landlord is trying to fix. i'm just going to blame it on that.
