Okay princess, "dressin"

 

I like mixing it up. Sometimes I call it stuffing, sometimes its dressing. I normally call the cubed bread stuff stuffing. If its made from cornbread, I call it dressing.

 

Stuffed with Lemons, herbs, butter and beer!

Oh god cornbread stuffing is terrible! Why?!

See, that might be good but everyone makes it fucking terrible and it's like eating bread that you made a sandwhich on with too many condiments and it gets all soft and soggy and squishy.

 

I saw a place that puts the stuffing in a waffle iron until it's nice and crispy, then stacks everything on top.

I'm so scared now for this shit in the fridge...... it wasn't soggy when I put it in there but what if it's mushy tomorrow when it's time to bake??

It's dressing to us southerners when it's not stuffed in the bird...my most favorite Thanksgiving and Christmas food!

 

It's dressing to everyone. Stuffing is when you actually stuff it in the bird.

 

See I just had a conversation about that on FB. They called it stuffing no matter what. I tried explaining the difference, but oh well. Either way...it's delicious!
