    This game was amazing. Its a tie between this and FF7 for best game on ps1. This game is so influential. It started the whole stealth genre and the voice acting was movie quality. I could go on and on about how awesome this game was.

    was thinking of jetmoto
    but there was a waveracer outside of MA kmart that didn't require quarters. One of those arcade ones where you could actually ride the jetski. 10/10
