It should be dealt with the parties involved press charges. We have a legal system in place for a reason, there is also a civil courts for restitution. The NFL is neither of those.

Kaps final season he played 12 games, completed 60% of his passes for 2200 yards and had 16 TDs and 4 Ints on one of the worst teams in the league.
