Yes but. What do you mean by not a lot of sauce? If they don't have much at all they could dry out, or the ones around the sides could even burn a little.

Even on warm a crockpot is pretty WARM. At least the two I have are both pretty darn warm.

If there is any sauce at all, they should be fine if someone gives them a stir every 15 mins or so. Is that possible?

LOL. You sound like my son around kids' instruments. He's been playing piano since he was 4 so his ear is fine tuned to what's not in tune.

When he was taking viola in Orchestra class he even made himself cringe.
