Upgrading an OEM prior version to version 10 is still an OEM version last time I checked. I could be wrong but I've not seen anything stating...
Not if it's an OEM version of windows. Then it becomes a "maybe" to move it.

Product rnr goes to AA and the last RT I did was 2-3 days IIRC.
He spot checked some of the ones I did this morning. All 7 of the ones he checked for me approved. But I haven't done all that many.
