I emailed the email address written on the contact page on the mturk website. do they even read those? does anyone know how long it takes to get reinstated these days? @laby how did they reinstate yours? like do they call you or email you or something?

 

This just happened to me too!!!! I don't know why at all....

 

Something I have seen floating around is jeff (at) amazon.com. It's a separate support group. They may want you to try the normal means first, which would be emailing appeals (at) amazon.com

 

4:48 MST working great. 6:14 MST came back to turk more, and it was suspended.

@j0sh83 Thank you! I already emailed the second one you wrote. I didn't know about the first one you wrote!

 

I saw it being thrown around a few times in the Amazon Flex subreddit. Seems like they have a little more flexibility. Hopefully the appeals department can get it corrected so you don't have to find out

 

do you know how long it usually takes these days? I remember like 5-10 years ago it would take weeks to months, and often didn't happen at all, or people would lose Masters and stuff. I'm kind of worried about having to wait days to weeks or even months.

 

Did your email to appeals at amazon go through? Because I emailed them twice and I got an 'undeliverable email' BOTH times. I even double checked the email address from the amazon support/contact page..... happy monday I guess
