at 7:45 PM i'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's time to do some Audiokites.

 

I think that this is a different hit. Last time I had an exclude qual.

 

I was a fan of the old stand-up style too. I even was big on Turco being a heavy puck handler with his unique stick grip, even though watching goalies do it these days scares the crap out of me. But for sure, the old, old greats might have been tough SOBs, but without the modern sticks, they had it "easy".

Spoiler: i use that term lightly, of course

It wasn't even that long ago either. @leafs4_cup and I were actually just talking about the difference between the old sticks and the revolutionary composites that my main man Sakic jumped on right away. It's hard to remember what it was like before them, and even harder to imagine what it was like before Mikita and Hull started curving their blades. Imagining an old goalie facing a Chara slapper is a scary thought, lol.

 

I have a .30 hit and another hit right now. It just that surveys are hard to stomach right now..
