hi, i only need this qualification to start this survey but what is this? my value is 100 but still not available. what is this qualification? "request qualification" won't work.
It's an exclusion qualification (notice how it starts with "Exc:") and you DO have it, which is why you can't take that survey. Requesters often auto-grant those qualifications once you complete their survey to prevent you from taking the exact same survey (or a very similar one) again. So it probably means you've already done that HIT.
