    I was doing a survey and it expired right when I went to submit it. I contacted the reqester and she said no problem and she approved it. It is not showing up on my end. She wants to make sure I get paid, but I don't know what to tell her to do to pay me. Any advice?

    Make up hit would be easiest, I think. Ask them if they can give you a qualification and create a hit that requires that qual to do. The hit would just be payment with no work.
