My complaint about muni water is the use of chloramine instead of chlorine. This was done b/c chloramine is persistent and satisfied the Litigation Ninnies, b/c some water may sit in part of a pipe and the chlorine breaks down and some bacteria grows. But not in my region it's cold as Frosty's nethers here.

So instead you get chloramine which you have to treat in order to remove, and that involves anything like organic anything (gardens, worms), fish tanks, making wine, getting sourdough going well....

B/c people freak out about water. That's why they use that crap.

 

Oh. Can I use this as an excuse when I feel like being mean to people?
