Discover card offers the actual FICO score to everyone for free. You don't even have to have a Discover card to get your score. It does put you on their email marketing list, but from my experience it's been very low volume and not pestering at all.

 

A lot of credit cards also offer free FICO score tracking.

 

I got a desk chair for Christmas and my son assembled it for me but he attached the seat backwards so that when I sat down instead of tilting back it dumped me on the floor. I'm sure this was a mistake

 

It's okay. I think I may have just come across a glitch, or I'm hopelessly stupid. It could go either way. I sent a message to them so hopefully I can finish.

We started the Dave Ramsey program a few months ago and have already managed to pay off two cards.
It's super making a difference and it's pretty exciting to see the snowball method start picking up speed.
I also like the fact that even though he is Christian based it's not like shoved down your throat or doesn't take over the main idea of the program.

 

Is like AA where you have to give yourself to a higher power before you can start the program?

Pros:
It's a thought-provoking exercise in which you evaluate an idea for redesigning a urinal.

Cons:
Light writing. I probably wrote a lot more than necessary so my hourly is terrible.

You could just do it over as a new one post. It won't affect your HIT negatively. I did that a couple of times when I was starting out accidentally but I sent them an email to be safe and I had no issues. I sometimes did more than the minimum they requested to make sure if I messed up on one (it wasn't good enough for example) then they had another as a backup. They appreciate the effort you put into the HIT. And honestly, their HITs are worth it for the follow-ups.
