To be fair, we walked from Dark Matter coffee to the Lou Manati's in front of the park then we went walking the whole shopping strip, we took an Uber to the Skydeck to then walk to the Millenium Park and walk and walk and walk. After a whole day of walking, we got a Giordanos to go. GOOD DAY.

OMG!!! She is BACK!!! Mama Bird is BACK!!! I can hear her out on my patio poking around and stirring things up in her nest! Ten Years ago I hung up some "Fake" Hanging plants of "Vines" and She promptly decided for lack of good Trees in the apartment complex that the hanging baskets were "PRIME" real estate for building a nest. I told my BFF that it was about time for her to show up and that he should put out some good "nesting" material out on the patio near the hanging baskets so she could "do her spring cleaning". She is out there plucking and tugging out the old junk from last year and starting to pick at the material we set out there for her to use. We go through a lot of "cotton batting" when re-wrapping the bandages on my legs and there is often a little "extra" left over that would be useless for me but for a little Mama Bird ... GOLD. LOL I love it when she gets here, I know that the weather will eventually start to warm up! I just hope she doesn't lay her eggs too soon and have them freeze .... Might get some "fine" bird seed and lay it around for her too so she doesn't have to leave the nest for too long at a time ...
