I got an email today saying that they can't find my bracket through my Amazon ID. When I log on i'm not in the pool anymore and my bracket is gone. The instructions in email say to join the pool again but I get this error:

This pool's administrator is no longer allowing new entries.

I don't see what else I can do. I followed the instructions on my HIT and spent a good while making the bracket. I don't want to be rejected.

 

I haven't even looked into the Pin stuff since it was mentioned.

 

I think we just exchanged PMs! No worries, we'll sort this out!
