    i got to an episode today where they're still summoning up bobby. i love the dude, so i'm glad, buuut ... yep, dead doesn't mean dead. i'm also super excited to get caught up so i can see how they bring their parents back :flail:

    it is a really easy show to have on in the background/while multitasking. i've had to go back and re-watch a few episodes if i got too distracted (i watched one lady puke green slime or something in some dude's face like 5 times because i kept getting distracted), but otherwise there are enough filler episodes to keep it passive and enough actual story episodes to keep it interesting.

    I mean, it's layers of white bean stew with pork ragu (I made a very simple bacon ragu nom nom), sausage, and confit, topped with homemade bread crumbs....so, it's a thursday! I saved mucho time with prep work tho. :emoji_hugging:

    Pork roast is really the only thing I worry about being a little too pink, but even then, I try to push the limits for maximum flavor.
