    I will say that one time in Indiana it was so cold I nailed blankets over the windows to keep the cold out. They already had that film over the windows but it got down to -40 or some b.s. like that. And I lived in a decent apartment with gas heat / gas fireplace.

    WOW. Unreal. I had that a while ago where a person claimed they could not reverse the rejection and therefore was "sorry" for the rejection even though they were completely at fault because the system wouldnt let them approve. Shoot me an @ if we get the IRB info, or toss it on the TV page for others to reference. This one is going all the way to top with Trump.
