Too many blocks can negatively affect your standing with mturk, but the rest is all tinfoil hats.

It's believed that "too many" blocks will give amazon grounds to suspend your account. Requesters do it sometimes as a way to prevent people from taking surveys
Example: People got suspended back when John Smith was around when they pissed him off and got blocked by 4 different Google accounts at the same time

 

Negatively affecting mturk status has to be the worse thing they could do, What are they gonna come brake your kneecaps? rofl

People will also want a way to copy the panda link to share with people... and perhaps an option to have a group ID added more then once so people can be lazy with removing old pandas.
