My daughter wears shoes from payless and is just fine...she grows so fast she is never in a pair for more than a couple of months and most of them are still in great shape so they get passed to the next young child I know.

 

I think I need to put the 80's music back on...I am in a good mood but just not feeling that upbeat feeling that I get with the music

got up early because I have an appointment with my knee doctor this morning. PE is $11 so going to relax with a cup of coffee before I have to go.

Lol this must be a thing.. My Ortho said the same thing to me during one of my first appointments.. something like 'all joints need replacing eventually, but we try to stave it off as long as possible" haha.. What is this getting old garbage? Someone hit the redo button on aging already

ah, well I shattered my whole right leg in a car accident and completely destroyed the knee and ankle. What I need is ligament reconstruction but because some of my bone was lost in the accident this would require replacing the whole knee and he says I'm too young for that they only last 20 years or so so I would end up having to have another one 20 years from know. Plus the younger you are the faster scar tissue forms making it less effective.
