I finally got a home program, I can't drive so getting to PT 3-4 times a week was too hard though I did it for nearly a year

When I try this task, the Johns Hopkins logo doesn't display and when I click the pop-up, it says that it is Unable to Connect. Does anybody have any recommendations?

 

I've almost given up trying to get full ROM back in shoulder (only missing total external rotation) but my PT guy had said it can take a year to get that back and it may never come back but I can do all my normal day to day stuff so I am happy.

Also I don't drive (anxiety issues and also grew up in the MD/DC/VA area so grew used to public transportation) so kinda had to work the times around wife's schedule.

Hope your doc appointment goes well and when the surgery happens you recover better than you were before the accident and sooner than anyone expects
