My shoes as a kid always came from Payless also

We took my 5 year old there a few months back to get her some new shoes after her old pair (from payless) started falling apart after 4 months. They were all $30+ and felt very cheap, so we went and bought her $60 Nikes Granted, she will wear them alot longer than a toddler will wear a pair, but it's still so excessive and I hate it. I don't even spend that much on shoes for myself!
