well, the doctor is glad I'm transitioning from the crutches to a cane. Said I totally trashed my knee but if I can live with needing a cane to walk we can put off the knee replacement for 5 - 10 years depending on when the arthritis gets too bad. So all in all, not a bad appointment.

 

Actually one of the reasons I enjoyed the HiT I finally got to write about how much I hate Glenn.
