So I know for fact this is a real restaurant term, lol. For half a second I was all, "Oh, chit, did I do it AGAIN????" lol

 

I honestly don't pay much attention to what I spend at costco as I'm not buying any fluff ect and most of it is split 3 ways.

I just hate going to the market...

 

I don't know how anybody has time to make ramen, any time I make it I always have to make and freeze like 3 gallons of tonkotsu to justify the time investment, and chashu is never very good more than two or three days in the refrigerator, so you still have to block out an hour or so to make that for the week.

I think it's like 1.19 for a dozen at my walmart

My aldi has a dozen eggs for either .99 or 1.35, depending the week, and my local store has a dozen for 2.99, so I'll still take those Aldi eggs for my normal shopping

Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm having egg rage just thinking about you now.

 

My neighbor that my kid housesits for has chickens. We get to keep all the eggs they lay while she is gone.

Shes leaving tomorrow for 10 days and they just started laying again. Yay!

Also, a kid who lives nearby raises chickens and hand delivers eggs to my house when they're laying a lot. I buy from him. We also take care of his chickens when his family is out of town and his mom always tells me to grab a dozen for us (he has like 40 chickens).
