    Description:     Participate in a simulated job application process and fill out surveys (eligible for bonus). This study is being conducted as part of an academic research. In this 20 minute study, you will be asked to write a job application letter for a hypothetical employer. A trained professional will read the first draft of your letter and provide you with feedback, which you can utilize to revise your letter. You will be eligible for a bonus based on the quality of the final draft of your letter. We will also ask you several questions about the essay writing experience. Please note that the HIT will only be available during business hours, due to the working hours of our feedback givers. If you have accepted this HIT later in the afternoon, please try to have it submitted by 5PM EST.

    Because most req's that have a 1 TO are going to be awful, and I'm willing to miss the odd one that isn't, but I would still like to see no TO results.
