in some places (like Philly) it's actually cheaper to pay for a phone line when you bundle your tv and internet.

And if you have to deal with insurance companies for reimbursement of medical expenses, they only work with faxes....

 

You can fax through the internet these days, but if it is cheaper I guess there isn't a reason to have it and then never plug a phone in lol.

 

most of the internet fax stuff I"ve looked at requires a fee over a certain number of pages. I was doing upwards of 20 pages a month, given how many times they lost the first set and I had to keep refaxing stuff.
