It looks like you got that around the same time that I built my desktop then.. both are likely due to need to be replaced though... although desktops age a lot more gracefully with you being able to swap in a new GPU and overclock the CPU.

As far as a laptops go I have a lenovo x240 (I can't remember the exact specs off hand though)

 

You could try eating the wallet

Edit: Your laptop is about on par with the 2012 macbook that is a year newer then yours and cost twice as much most likely lol

I can't be the only one that thinks that the fact that you have 8GB of ram in a computer with only 80GB of HDD space is hilarious right?

 

Why? Swap file is low, things open quick. Again, I didn't spend any money on this.
