    Requester has been quick to respond to questions I've had about the task.
    Can use hangouts to make the calls from your device.
    Cons:
    Required to make a phone call to a call center.
    Waiting times on call can vary but after 10 minutes you can end the call and rate from there.
    Long and detailed instructions that can take a good amount of time to read through to understand exactly what's expected of you during the call.
