You should give people that have masters a qual that isn't a 100 if they try and request it.

 

I am saying that even with the new TO2 the unlying faults are still there. If they are basing the averages on a purely equal weighted basis then I feel it is very easy to influence the reporting. Depending on the level of conviction any person can game the system but using equally weighted averaging of user reported data is obviously ripe for gaming. Maybe there are plans in the future to gather data directly from the installed script to more accurately report completion times and pay rates.

*Even if I am wrong the discussion of gaming a rating system used by most turkers or will be in the future is probably not best discussed in a publicly accessible venue such as the daily thread of a turker's forum.

It wouldn't be anymore accurate than self reporting though and would be trivial to modify the data sent by a script to TO 2, but you can pretty much bet that won't be happening anyways. The improvement with TO 2 is that you don't have to deal with the 5/5 pay because they paid 6/hr, but everything is still reliant on self reporting being somewhat accurate and fake reviews getting tossed from the average.
