Ok, regarding Amazon Payments, I was able to contact them through Amazon.com customer service. They were not aware of a problem (SHOCKING!), and have passed along the issue to management. I was told to check throughout the day to see if it's resolved. If anyone else is having this issue (3 that I know of so far), I'd suggest contacting Payments through Amazon.com customer service, so that they can see this is a more widespread issue, since none of the contact parts of the Payments site are working.

EDIT: If anyone here is part of MTC, could you crosspost this over there? Just so the word gets out faster.
