I keep telling Bearnie he's resembling a potato these days. I couldn't figure out how he was gaining weight suddenly- and then I realized he was STEALING FOOD from the others. I either feed him in a different room or pluck him up once I see him go for another cat's food and banish him. He will lead you to believe I'm starving him at this point in time. On the upside, he will enthusiastically hunt and eat any bug that gets in the house. I think the physical exercise balances out the extra protein
