And in America, most people will assume it is, too, if your palm faces you.

It's a sneaky way to tell people to bite me when they irritate me while driving.

I tried not to teach my kid bad habits for a long time, lol.

I'm nearly certain my time would be about 2-3 minutes shorter if I wasn't have to wheel past each scale. A shame really, could have been a true hot dog, but it's still worth imho.

 

To be fair, different gestures can have different meanings depending on what region you're from. I've never seen it used as anything but a "peace out" gesture and that's how it's used around here.
