Kiddo has his first AP test tomorrow. He's nervous. He's only a Freshman, so it's early for this type of test, but he took an AP class this year so...a testing he will go.

 

Sure the material is harder, but remind him it's just like any other test. He took the class, retained the information and will do great!!

World History? or a different one? We did Ap world history freshman year at my high school. I'm sure he'll do great, tho. I never found AP exams to be as intimidating as my actual class tests, cause you're usually so crazy prepared by the time the end of the year rolls around. It's just like a final exam with pizzazz!

English was the one class I did well in. But not today...I read that as pizzas

His teacher spent all last week in review with them for the test. And he's been studying. I tried to tell him this test doesn't affect college entrance so it's far less pressure, but he wants to do well enough to get out of a class in college (can't blame him, I want him to do that well, too!)

AP Human Geography. I think it's literally the only AP class a frosh can take in this school system. I'm sure he'll take a few more AP tests later in his high school year. I at least would like to see at least a math and English one also taken. Maybe a science, but he sucked at Physics this year so it won't be that one.
