I know @Buntastic and I both swear by the same cat litter, but to each their own. I don't do dusty litter. Matt-bot brought some random new one home recently and when I poured it out, just a mushroom cloud of friggen dust. Hell naw!

A& H Double Duty BLOWS tho. A&H Multicat is far superior to Double Duty. Fuckin double duty is trash.

I can't even get half my cats to go in a covered or enclosed litter box. 50 bucks says Scraggles would pee next to it and fully refuse to go inside that thing.

AH Multicat had a no stick version that was fucking amazing. It was darker then all the others from them I've bought and it wasn't dusty and was a breeze to clean. I can't seem to find it anywhere now though.

Then you just have to deal with always letting the beast out to go shit or it shits on your carpet like normal sized human shits or bigger. I'm cool with my tiny thing pooping firm solid poops in a box that I scrape out once a day that takes mere moments.
We're having talks of getting a dog when the cat passes away though.

 

It is also isn't an issue if you own gators.

Oh our whole property is fenced in. You still need to clean up the dog shits from the yard. Plus letting a dog out in the rain and then them coming back in wet and muddy in the middle of the night or morning.

 

I'd have no issues with spending $500 on pet stuff.

I just have an issue with spending $500 on a pet thing that has an alternative for like $1.49

 

But it is cool

 

My dog refuses to go out in the rain (on his own) and I keep a towel in his room specifically for rainy days.

 

Would never have to deal with this if you had a cat.
