Exactly. I'm going to make myself get on the scale tomorrow just to see the damage, but I'll chalk it up to one moment of weakness. I've been strong the last three months, I'm not going to let one night derail me.

 

Not very good science... I think most of these "studies" are being done by students or for click-bait magazine articles etc.

 

A lot of studies are by students trying to get their masters that don't actually care about the quality of the data as long as it helps them get their masters or w/e
