    Nah, he's easy to find, just wait about 15 minutes and go search google maps for traffic accidents in South Carolina. Cross reference with building permits for moats.

    Sounds like wheel speed sensors or the abs module is out of whack. If either of those go none of those systems will work since most traction control works by sensing wheel slip to apply the brakes to counteract it. Likewise with the stability control (ESP) and Brake Assist (BAS).
