06/05 - Woozy Wednesday!

Oh my goodness, this is 4.5 years ago and I swear he looks the same.

 

Unsure this one is a non shock vibrating one but you know what else is awful? A dog that can't go run outside and play whenever she wants because she literally will not stop barking ever it's insane. Not saying I'm getting one. I'm going to try other forms of discipline first but I was just browsing to try to educate myself.

 

I have one that is just vibrations and makes like...some high pitched noise he hates if he wont chill. It's better than screeching, "SKEETER, STFUUUU!" It doesn't shock him or anything. He is a crazy little barker and otherwise I pull my hair out. He doesn't need it so much now tho

No, you're fine. I asked my vet about something similar to that and she said that it could actually hurt June more than help her. She was very emphatic about that. She said if I chose to go that way (when the time comes) she would need to measure her for a brace and have it custom made but there is no way I am going to let June suffer. If it is warranted she will get the surgery and I will take her to NC States veterinary school and have them do it because I researched and found them to be the best. June is not in any pain right now because if she was she would be cowering in her kennel not following me around the house wanting to play. She does not mask any pain she might have. Even if her anal sacs get the slightest bit full (hers are in further then most and dont excise themselves so I take her to the vet monthly to have it done) she will go straight for the kennel and not come out. She is in great spirits and standing over me with her pull toy at the moment. I just need to keep her form too much activity to aggravate the injury if that is in fact it.
