    I pretty much tossed a coin when deciding between ME and Nier Automata. After everything I've seen, I'm super glad I didn't go with ME.

    He just means they get throttled, so if you work from your queue setting a panda for it, you can avoid hitting PREs if that becomes an issue working a batch.
