They were too spendy for me to afford them with kiddo. His were 9K for regular braces. (I do not have orthodontia as part of my dental insurance.)

crowns are 150 dollars in Peru .. In the US they are what 2k. I catch up on all my dental work here.

Kiddo's mouth was fuq'd too. He would have needed surgery if we hadn't intervened as young as we did, before all the plates fused. In his case his lower jaw was so much wider than his upper jaw so the teeth didn't meet correctly. So we had to widen that upper jaw. Was so fun cranking my kid's bones apart every night.
