    Has anybody else noticed this?

    You start to do a survey and you get "not found" when trying to access the survey link. So you have to go to the frame source and delete the portion of the where they are trying to add your worker ID. Then you paste that link.

    I used to see this every once in a while, but now I am seeing it several times a day.
