    To me, the one good thing about doing VRAPI is that if I were to decide to run an illegal, non-permitted rental operation, I know exactly what to do to not get caught. :emoji_sweat_smile:

    Or a screenshot of the STR permit showing the parcel number and address. For some reason, a lot of Nashville listings include the permit. They black out the address -- but not the parcel number!

    I'm not going to make it another 15-20 years until retirement.

    I'm going to end up in prison. I think I might get locked up for assault.

    I need to retire now prior to hurting a human for not being able to be responsible for themselves then getting mad at me because I won't rent to them.
