    Nah, I can't eat more like like 1.2k cals in an hour without filling full as fuck coming from a empty stomach (not eating junk). You can IF and have an 8hr eating window.

    16/8 on cuts, 12/12 on bulks and eating windows can be larger depending on how active I was for the day.

    Yeah definitely. I've done 20/4 18/6 16/8 and the best for me was 18/6 doing Stronglift and some Dance Dance Revolution for Cardio.
